This is all a marketing trik. Also there are rumors that IPL prefers Ahmedabad and Pune. Thre foremost players in the race are Anil Ambani, Adani Group, The Owner of Manchester City (EPL Club) and Videocon.

5000cr. is way too much. Will there be enough players to get back what is invested. I think all the good players have been taken by other. Without intl. players there won’t be sponsers => no money.
