Kochi’s R3A Team of PGA Motors Sports is all set to compete in the 2nd round of National Autocross Championship to be held in Coimbatore on July 14th and 15th. After 1st round, Team R3A of  PGA Motor sports is leading the Overall Team Championship and driver championship in two classes. As per team principal P.G. Abhilash R3A Team will participate in four classes as in the 1st round held at Bangalore. R3A Team has given two entries each in 3000 CC, 1600 CC, 1400 CC and ladies class for the second round. The team will be running fully prepared Mitsubishi Cedia, Honda V-Tech, Maruthi Baleno, Maruthi Esteem cars for second round. Lead drivers of the R3A Team Gaurav Gill and Lohit Urs will miss the 2nd round since they are participating in the Asia Pacific Championship in Malaysia on the same week end. Den Thimmaya (Mysore), Rohith Kantharaj (Bangalore), P.G. Abhilash (Trichur), Sanjana Ganapathi (Mysore) and M. Ashika (Bangalore) will lineup for R3A Team.

THE RESIDENCY GROUP OF HOTELS is the Co-Sponsor/Hospitality Partner of PGA Motorsports for 2nd Round. The Team will be staying in Residency Hotel ,Avinashi Road through the weekend.Coimbatore Auto sports club is the organizer for the 2nd round of National Auto Cross Championship. The event will be held in Ganga Naidu Charity Trust Ground near Jenney’s Club, Coimbatore. Scrutineering of race cars followed by practice rounds will be held on July 14th. Qualifying and final races will be on July 15th. Six fastest drivers of each class will qualify for the final races. Team principal  P.G. Abhilash is confident to maintain the winning streak of the team in 2nd round also.
