Eat healthy, remain good. You need to follow this mantra while being part of beauty pageants. You have to eat right, and know the diet you are following. Skipping your meals for losing weight is not a good idea. Here are a few tips that you need to take care of, when you are on a diet, especially to look your best for a beauty pageant.
- Add more of fruits and vegetables to your diet. Meat and fish is recommended too. But usage of less oils helps in intake of lesser fats.
- Make sure you don’t skip meals in order to reduce weight. That definitely will not help you!
- Do your exercise and yoga on a daily basis. That helps in cutting out the excess fat from your body, and also helps in the attainment of peace and relaxation.
- Physical beauty is about a clean and healthy body as well. Always eat the best food and drink lots of water to keep your system toxic free.
- Eat fat food less. This includes junk, ice-creams and soft drinks. At least, as a part of gearing up for your D-day you need to do this!
