  • Have a lot of fruit juices, but not the canned ones available in the market. Most of them have more calories in it. So use your home mixer and make your own juices!
  • Drink herbal tea instead of coffee or regular tea. Drink at least two litres of water everyday.
  • Make sure all the fruits and veggies (which you are having) is boiled and cooked properly.
