KFC is finger lickin’ good any day. But it looks like they are losing out on the ‘international brand’ label, or rather will lose out on it soon. I’am talking about the Kochi KFC outlet at Gold , their first endeavour in Kerala. Glad to the fact that this international brand wanted to set up an outlet in Kochi, but also sad that they are not up to the mark. Dropping by this place on weekends is outlandish. They have 3 counters and the staffs take more than 10 minutes to give us our stuff. Well, those 10 minutes is not an exaggeration. By the time the cashier herself/himself takes our stuff, people in the Q would’ve thought of dropping the KFC chicken idea, and opted for 24 Karat or Pizza Hut. They need to have more staff cos’ they cannot take the customers patience for a ride, just cos’ they opted for KFC dining. Also, you can’t expect a proper air-conditioned hall either. You have to be seated downstairs to get that little bit of A/C breeze . More to say, their washroom area stinks and makes you take the decision that you shall wash hands once you get back home! KFC, please be more nice to Kochiites.
