Being a part of the Miss Kerala helped me boost my confidence level. It helped me face challenges in life. There is much to learn from being a part of a beauty pageant. Keep aside the negative influences and move forward with the positive ones. That is what I did. And I’ m glad I was a part of this pageant.

It was truly unforgettable….

There are many unforgettable experiences from Miss Kerala. I could meet a lot of people from different walks of life. There is this one incident I remember. I was not prepared for the talent round and had to perform on the spot. I was obviously nervous, but did my best.  My performance was appreciated. I was glad.

Grooming Sessions were the best…

The grooming sessions was very productive. They helped me to learn how to evolve and get noticed as an individual. Now, I believe I’m a good team player. Thanks to the event organizers and groomers, I reaped the best out of those sessions.

Personal Life.

I’am a Kochiite who was born and brought up in Kochi. I did my schooling and college from Kochi itself. I worked in Bangalore for a couple of years, and got married a few months back, and am now settled in Canada. No more into the limelight, I’m happy with my new life here.

Message to aspiring Miss Kerala contestants…

This is going to be a life turning experience for each one of you in one way or the other. Enjoy to the fullest, and here’s wishing all the very best to the contenders for Miss Kerala 2012.

How many of you make sure that your skin gets its monthly dosage of beauty treatments. Well, it has got nothing to do with you trying to be too beauty-conscious (as most of them say). It is all about ensuring that your skin deserves the best. Doing clean-ups every month is something which rejuvenates and refreshes your skin. If you think parlors are too expensive, Clean-ups can be done at home as well.

• Make sure that you use lukewarm water when you clean your face for a clean-up. Cold water doesn’t dissolve well with your skin.
• Use good quality bleaches (if you plan to use it) and face packs when you are doing clean-ups at home. Never take a chance on the quality.
• Steaming (to remove black heads and white heads) is a good option. But doing it every month can lead to skin problems. So instead, scrub your face thoroughly to remove black and white heads.
• Clean-ups are more reasonable than facials. Experts have agreed to it.
