The IInd State Cooperative Colleges’ Arts Fest would be held at the Cooperative Medical College, Kalamassery, from February 20 to 22. Students from almost 99 cooperative educational institutions in the State would participate in the event. About 1,300 students would participate in contests in 32 events.

A meeting held to discuss about the fest formed a reception committee with Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan; Union Minister of State for Agriculture K.V. Thomas; Ministers G. Sudhakaran, S. Sarma, and Jose Thettayil; and Opposition Leader Oommen Chandy as patrons.
