It is very difficult to find the timings of the newly introduced A/c Volvo buses running in the city. If you call the enquiry section of the KSRTC they are unable to give you any indication. The website is also not having any details.

There is no wonder why the buses are running at a loss.

I am sure that KSRTC low floor bus must be make route number “1,1A,1E,611R….etc”. People can read the route number and understand it. It is safe, comfortable and cool than private bus. private bus is more difficult for people to travel to any destination. Driver, Conductor and cleaner of private bus are very careless and not obey to people and traffice or inspector police. KSRTC low floor bus is very easy for people to get inside and get down and safe, KSRTC low floor bus is less jerk and more comfortable seat. It run very slower and safe and reduce accident. Private bus run very fast and dangerous and huge accident. private bus is always strike for increase bus fare from increase diesel prive and bonus. KSRTC low floor bus is not getting any strike for increase bus fare from increase diesel price, bonus and lazy bone to work.

The low floor volvos are better than private buses for these reasons.

1)Comfort: The ride is comfortable and the View especially for children is fantastic , especially from the high comfortable seats.
2)Cool:The AC keeps you cool.
And the AC can be turned low or turned away in case you don’t want it!
3)Safety: There are a lot of things that see to your safety. Lots of places were you can stand too.
4)Music: Soft music to keep you engaged.
5)Better Staff: They don’t treat you like cattle as they do in private buses.(In private buses they will try to push you under the seats, if possible and you know i’m not joking)
All in all , a very very good option for kochiites to travel.
VIVA KOCHI !
People who ride this once are getting on again and again and again…
Kudos to KSRTC for introducing this.
Keep it up..we need a lot more from you !

This is cool. The service from to Infopark, Kakanad has commenced. With more routes added I am sure the service will be a great success.

It woud be good if KSRTC publishes the route timings in the news paper or elsewhere in order to time one’s travel.

Sad to note tt these buses are running on loss. It is a suggestion tt, new service routes to be worked out.,probably try on the kottayam-ernakulam leg on peak time.(morning and evening)
