Ramadan Kareem to my fellow Kochiites who are fasting and otherwise during this holy month of Ramadan. We at Kochivibe figured, with the holy month coming to an end soon it would be apt to ask everyone to describe the best Iftar they ever had. I am sure there must be that special one that stood out, may it be because of the food or your family around you or anything, it can even be the first Iftar you had the opportunity to attend, this is not restricted by religion. We at Kochivibe have had our fair of beautiful Iftars and we have also posted a photograph of one we had the luck to attend recently. For us, this one really stood out, it was during Onam, it was in Bangalore, it was amazing gracefully put. From the dates that was eaten to break the fast to the parting tea after the end long meal, it was amazing. I remember the first one I was invited to, I was totally unaware of the whole course that would come before me. I happily had the fruits and fried delicacies laid in front of me and was quite satisfied when my friend brought out the rest of the meal. Pathiris, chicken and mutton curries, chicken fry, ghee rice, endless I would say. It was one uphill task that I didn’t mind.
So if you got the gist of the whole thing, go on comment below with your version of the best Iftar. If you have snaps, do mail it to us at contact@kochivibe.com. We will update this post with your submissions.
